@Coupon-mad is there a link to this you can share please? I've looked through tons of threads and struggling to find a clear template thank you
You could have just searched for the words I gave you, as @DE_612183 just did!

  • The APCOA online form seems to have some mandatory drop downs now such as Appellant = Driver, Keeper, Hirer, Name, Address, and Email, so the form won't go through without them.  I could put name as Mickey Mouse, at Walt Disney World, and my own email, but not sure if this is the right thing to do.  Any suggestions?  We accidentally took a wrong turn into drop off Manchester, when we wanted T2 Meet and Greet next door!!

Appeal as keeper,  using the name and address on the pcn, they already know who the registered keeper is

Of course you put your actual details that they already have!

We even had someone today weirdly planning to put the word 'keeper' instead of their name! Why? What would be the point of messing it up? That's not appealing at all.

I don't understand. They already have your data and already know you are the keeper.

So you appeal in your name, as keeper.

  • Thanks for the responses.  Thought I'd read not to give your details somewhere, but maybe I was dreaming :)  I was the driver, not the keeper (it's the wife's car), and not sure that matters anyhow by the sound of it, as long as I include the template response.

Whaaaaat? Of course it matters. STOP!

If you appeal as driver you completely bin the winning point.

We thought this was easy: The KEEPER appeals.  You do not.

I followed the template response - and just had my fine cleared. For info, it took about two weeks for them to respond. Thanks for all the assistance folks!
