Absolute shambles of a company. Their policy documents refer claims to a third party company who have no access to policy numbers so were unable to deal with a claim. Their telephone number is automated and after directing you to an online portal it automatically hangs up the call. The online portal didn’t recognise my policy number nor my personal details. Their website refers all issues to an ‘admin’ email address that when emailed sends back an automated response stating ‘this email address is unmonitored’. Only after going through the FCA and ombudsman was I able to get a direct contact for the head of customer services.
