One of my other half's old car's had Supagard on it when she bought new in 2014 and a few years ago she gave the car to her mum.
I remember at the time she bought it thinking is was a load of costly nonsense, but she wanted it done and I like a happy life.

I never gave it much thought until I had to move the old car last weekend to get another car close to her house.
(we live in a flat, so it's easier to get at the electric at her mothers)
It's paint is still shiny and smooth. Inside is stain free as well.

I was pretty amazed considering it's a red car that now over 11 years old and lived outside all it's life.
It's never had anything more than and "inside and out" at the local hand car wash either.

After I finished with my other half's current car, I gave her mums a once over with some soapy water.
A quick wash, rinse and a wipe over with some detailer and apart from a couple of scuffs on the alloys and a few pimples stuck in the paint, it looked almost new.

I can't remember how much Supagard added to the price of the car, but over 11 years it couldn't have worked out that much.
But saying all that, I still probably wouldn't get my car done.

    Thanks for the comments everyone.

PPF sounds nice but for the full car it's around £3,000, plus whatever your insurance goes up by. A bit out of my budget.

Maybe I should get the ceramic coating done and then invest in a lean-to to cover the car and stop the bird dive bombers from getting to it.

We had the paint protection done on a new car and two and a half years later the car looks like new (seaside town so salty air and seagull mess) - but it might have anyway without.
