Hi everyone - looking for advice as to how I might fill in the car financing reclaim form as an Executor. All car finance was in my husband’s name and, following him passing away, I am his named Executor for his estate. Just not sure how to do this.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.

Hi everyone - looking for advice as to how I might fill in the car financing reclaim form as an ExecutorThe FCA hasn't published the process yet for the redress scheme. It intends to consult within 6 weeks of the court decision on whether it should be auto-opt in or manual opt in. Once that is known, the redress scheme details wil tell you what to do.Just not sure how to do this.Just wait until the FCA have published what you will need to do next.

There is no need to use a commercial tool. The whole process is on hold pending the court decision. So, if you did use the MSE tool, then nothing would happen other than sitting in a pile. And with the FCA now looking at a redress scheme, you are better off waiting for that.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
