best tariff for only 200 mins a year

I am currently on Tescomobile Lite at rate of 8p a minute say £16 a year.

Tesco have texted me saying this tariff is ending 

What will be suitable for me?

    Just looked on eBay, plenty for 99p.
    Even one for 20p with a code.
    Don't know if these Sims have expiry dates or not.
