Lebara and voicemail
Last week i switched my existing EE mobile to Lebara -------> everything was fine.
FYI - im on the 5bg monthly data with unlimited calls & text MSE plan
Today my mobile rang and it was from someone i didn't want to speak to so i thought just let it ring and it will go to voicemail. No voice message was left.
The fact my phone rang for longer than usual gave me the impression my Lebara voicemail had not been set up yet.
So i went online to look how to set this up and it looks like its not free to listen to voice messages (they are charged at the PAYG rate)
Is that right? (i thought a unlimited call plan would include voicemail)??

I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!

I have the same plan as yourself and voicemail is included in the package, I’ve had a couple of recent voicemails, and not been charged.3

I am on a similar plan (10GB) and I can confirm there is no charge for voicemail. Also, it's worth remembering you would have to top up your PAYG credit first, before they could charge you for anything that is not included in your 30 day plan.2

I have a similar problem. I migrated from EE and there is no voicemail. Dialling it just gives white noise. Trying to set it up doesn't work (121 121 etc). So at the moment the coverage is worse (despite what the predicted coverage was) and now no voicemail. I think I may have to migrate away.0

I have to confess, since switching back in July i still haven't set the voice mail up. i will have to give it a go this weekend/forthcoming week.I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!0 -
Just chiming in here - as I recall, isn't Lebara voicemail activated and deactivated the same way as parent Vodafone's voicemail? That'd be 1211 to activate/reactivate, 1210 to deactivate.1
