I'm going to go to that supermarket this week to see if there is any signage, which I definitely didn't see. I'll take a video of the car park to spot the alleged signage and where they are posted.
I will post when I hear anything from UKPS regarding my 'appeal'.

@Coupon-mad, UKPS decided to drop the 'parking charge'. Hurrah!Thank you for your correspondence, I have looked into the case file and the parking charge was issued in line with POFA, however I have decided to cancel this Parking Charge Notice.
It's all thanks to this forum and many threads which I have read and studied, also thanks to people like you who tirelessly help out motorists. I'm forever indebted to you all!3 -
