I need to file my witness statement by the 15th. not sure how to put this together. basically on the day of the parking charge I was in hospital and any of 3 people could have been driving, one on whom has passed away.0 -

After reading that section, your best bet is to search the forum and copy a RECENT one from 2025 which is about the same solicitors.

I have just received an email from DCB Legal with the N279 Notice of Discontinuance.
I would like to thank everyone on the forum for your support and guidance especially Coupon-Mad and Le-Kirk who helped by reviewing my defence statement.
My last question is. Do I need to do anything with the N279
