Virgin Media early exit fee

I know it is in the contract and they say it when you sign up but we are 1 year into a 2 year contract and have cancelled as we are moving to Denmark where there is no Virgin Media.
We have been sent the final bill with fees of £600 in early exit fees. With it being MSE I was wondering if anyone has successfully challenged them or got the fee reduced as a goodwill gesture. I can send them proof of my new address in Denmark (I have bought a house) and I can also give them a C/O address in England. I did not give them either of this when I cancelled but obviously told them why we are cancelling.
Is there any way out of this? Is writing a complaint the right way or chat/phone them better? I did the cancellation via chat.
Many thanks

I dont think a "complaint" will do much good, they arent the ones breaking the agreement by moving to an area where the service cant be provided, and as you say any concession will merely be "goodwill" at this point.1

Thank you I would prefer to email them and it does not seem they have that option so that is why the online complaint for seemed ideal but if that is only for complaints that is not great obviously.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Why do you think you should not be charged? That would mean anyone could say I'm moving overseas & cancel any contract. I'd say you'll have to pay it as it's you breaking the contract1
