I'm still having issues a lot of the time. Often I catch a star and it registers but then it says I didn't catch anymore when the timer runs out, other times gets as far as the Submit Entry button and just circles back to that over and over when the button is pressed. It occasionally works fine but more often than not there are issues.

Why don't you send and email explaining your situation.

I did and the more the better so someone takes care because my issue is different but obviously the site is not working !

Someone was saying that is a mobile game, meybe that's the answer, I have not tried it yet.

That happened to me the first time, the staff member did both my codes at once and it didn't work but said the vouchers had been redeemed. He said I would have to pay for the sweets. I wrote an email to complain because it was quite an embarrassing ordeal, but was told that it's a franchise so the store manager would call. I was offered a free car wash if I came back that day which I didn't take up because it was raining heavily and also the store was quite far from me and only worth going to if im going past.

It seemed to work for me yesterday, but today I was getting multiple stars and it was saying I'd collected none.
