When you go to participating stores, there are none any further down than about Southampton, I've looked as I'm in Devon.

I had absolutely no stars at all come down, so must be a fault on the site

I had one or two each time I played, and ended up scoring nothing, but it still let me enter the draw.

I just entered this, and collected 1 star showed in the stars collected but when game finished it told me no stars collected
