I assume you are aware that the site at Stansted operated by MET is a scam.  The DCBL letter is bog standard, designed to scare you.  DCBL are fully aware this is a scam site and whilst they may issue a claim, again, it is designed to scare you.

Once you have decided the dates you will be available and your local court, prepare your WS as advised

Then it will be up to DCBL if they really want to succeed and take a scam to court. With such a scam, they would be fools if the let it go to court.
DCBL will play the game up to the last minute which is when they chicken out and discontinue before a court spanking. DCBL are court timewasters, well known to the courts

It doesn't matter that you will be away soon and there won't even be a hearing anyway because DCB Legal always discontinue.

DCB have lied about the POFA applying at an Airport yet again. Did you include that point in your defence?

And just a reminder even though this is stressful: while your case is quiet, before the end of next week please please do the government's Public Consultation that you have surely seen posted about on every claim thread.

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline.

I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

I did not refer to POFA not applying at Airports in my defence. However, I responded to POFA differently, bright as day, here in point 9 of my defence (screenshot taken from MCOL).

I'll continue following the steps in the Template Defence thread. I just like to check in to ensure visibility over my progress + double check whether I've made any mistakes.



I'll have a look this week and complete that consultation response - agree that this utter nonsense needs to stop. I've been watching all the great work happening on here to make it stop, so I'll do my bit!
