Newbie Help Letter Before Claim

That sounds like that a claim has been issued against you and a default judgment obtained-is it possible that there is another "unpaid" PCN?

There are 2 PCN's issued and the last letter I received related to this PCN was a letter mentioning:

We write further to our Letter Before Claim
We strongly recommend you consider the content carefully as it contains important legal information.
The Pre-Action Protocol period has expired.
To ensure no further action is taken, you should make payment no later than 14 days from the date on this letter. (14 June 2025)

Could you advise me on what I should do now

They attached the PCN that was issued. 

Don't they have to verify who the driver was? Because it wasn't me driving.

Did you reply to THAT particular LBC in June, telling them your new address?

Did you reply to THAT particular LBC in June, telling them your new address?

No. I assumed they would apply it to both PCN's. 

As you can see when I requested for my previous details to be erased, they stated both PCNs, hence I assumed they would have done the same for the change of address. Which obviously they did not. But I genuinely did not receive any Letter Before Claim for THAT PCN, otherwise I would have asked what to do regarding that.

And on what exact date did they state that? i.e. when exactly did they know the old address was out of date?

Can you get to your old address to retrieve the Claim Form & CCJ letter? If not you'll have to ask Gladstones for the claim number and date they issued it and why they failed to use the address you had given them.

As you can see they have mentioned 3 PCN's. The last one mentioned a claim has been issued. They have mentioned the claim number. 
All mail from my previous address is being forwarded, and I didn't get and LBC or CCJ. I will have to ask Gladstones.

Yes as you say, they've given you the claim number. Arrrghh... too late. You have missed defending a PCM court claim because it went to your old address in July.

You need to know the date of judgment.

I've emailed Gladstones.

As mentioned, I received an SMS today regarding the Judgment, stating I now have a judgment against me and I have to pay £267.45. To settle the judgment, please pay within 28 days. 

What happens next? If anything, or do I have to pay now?

I received 2 letters to my current address. One from Gladstones and the other from The County Court. Both confirmed the CCJ against me which was on 15 August '25.

Having read post 2 of the NEWBIES thread, It mentions that if the judgement is over 30 days I should NOT pay.

However, as this Judgment is under 30 days, am I right to assume, that my next step would be to make the payment?

If not, please advise.
