Transfer Cash ISA from Momeyfarm to Tembo

Hello,

Has anyone transferred their Cash ISA from Moneyfarm to another provider ? 

What details did you need to give your new provider? Im having difficulty finding a sort code and account number on Moneyfarm for my Cash ISA to give to Tembo.

Many cash ISAs do not have a sort code and account number. I can't speak to MoneyFarm specifically, but if there is no account number at all, generally you'd use your National Insurance number as the reference.

If you're using the Tembo app to transfer in, there's a box to enter your account number but it doesn't specify a number of digits. I tried putting my national insurance number in and it wouldn't work (the "continue" button stayed greyed-out). So there must be an account number somewhere for your Moneyfarm account. You don't need a sort code though.
