For me, electricity has been fairly consistent at around 1700-1800kWh p.a... Gas had been falling from 8000kWh down to 5000kWh (partly due to smart control and extra insulation). Since having a new boiler fitted, gas has been hovering around 3000kWh, but we have had mild winters for the last couple of years. Should we get a repeat of 2018 (the Beast from the East), the gas bill could double.
Octopus did suggest increasing my DD earlier in the year by about 10%. After looking at the credit that had accrued over the last year, I had about a month in hand after the winter period. Opted for a slight reduction, and should the credit turn in to a debt over Christmas, I can either increase the DD or make a one-off payment.
Wow, you're doing very well there - that's less than 5kWh a day which is amazing.

What about things like washing etc.?    Is your cooking all gas?

I'm using about 7 kWh a day and I thought that was pretty good, haha.
Cooking is all electric. Although DHW is gas heated, I'll boil a kettle full for washing up. Also got an electric shower and an EV charging point (not that either get used very much).

Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

Over the past year I used 8.69 KWhs per day (averaged) in an all electric house (no gas at the property) with a heat pump. (No solar or batteries).   I could probably lower it but I'm a wimp about the cold in winter - I like a warm house.

This is my first year so I'm quite pleased - it's been cheaper even than when I had gas heating on the early Tracker.  I'm with Fuse now so it's a fixed tariff.
