Shell broadband t's & c's / fee for not paying by direct debit

Does anyone have a copy of shell broadband terms and conditions OR know whether they charged for not paying by direct debit?
I got shell broadband in Apr 2023, they've since been bought by talktalk, but emails from both companies say I'm still bound by the shell t's and c's. However shell never actually sent me these, only a link to some t's & c's on a website which no longer exists.
I'm now cancelling my contract, and have already cancelled my direct debit due to initial difficulties in getting talktalk to process the cancellation and not wanting to overpay then have to chase for a refund, as I've had trouble with this kind of thing in the past.
In their email they say if I cancel the direct debit I "might incur a fee" which is not very informative.

Sorry, I was with Shell until my contract term was up in March. I've checked my records but I've only got a dead link (probably the same one you've got).Have you looked to see if it was archived by the Wayback Machine?N. Hampshire, he/him. Thanks you're a diamond, the wayback machine did indeed have it!
Altho I'm not really any the wiser having read it:
"We reserve the right to make an additional Charge if you pay by a method other than direct debit. Please see our Price List for further details."
Then looking at the Price List there is no such charge listed.1
