Autobank going round in circles

So I contacted autobank last year to enquire as to whether they paid commission on my car finance . I sent them my details, the only thing I didn’t have was my agreement number. End of June they sent me a request for more information, basically asking for all the info I’ve already given plus my agreement number, which I didn’t have. So I sent them details of payment dates and amounts plus all my information that I had already given. Then on the 11th July I recieved the exact same email again. To which I responded with the exact same information as before only this time I added screen shots of bank statements dhowing my regular payment to autobank and my final payment to them. I explained as the agreement ended in 2019 I did not have paperwork anymore. Yesterday I received the exact same email again. So what do I do now? I don’t have more information other than what they already have. The emails are not personal in any way just a generic mail word for word the same each time. It’s as if no one is actually reading them and just sending out the same reply. Frustrating
thanks in advance

End of June they sent me a request for more information, basically asking for all the info I’ve already given plus my agreement number, which I didn’t have.Which suggests they cannot find your details on file.So I sent them details of payment dates and amounts plus all my information that I had already given.Unfortunately, most of that is not useful for them.Yesterday I received the exact same email again. So what do I do now?You do nothing. It’s as if no one is actually reading them and just sending out the same reply. That is quite possible. the configuration may be that they send out that letter on cases where they cannot find you and keep sending that out x number of times over a period.
You just wait now until the FCA publish their report.
