Morrisons / Euro Car Park PCN

I have a PCN issued by Euro Car Parks for an overstay in a Morrison's car park. I have tried to complain directly to Morrisons but isn't going anywhere on time (14 day reduced charge period ends) as I pay in cash and don't keep receipts for food shops. I therefore can't show evidence of being a customer on the day.
I've provided them a more recent receipt to show my custom which wasn't accepted so thinking I should get an appeal lodged with Euro Car Parks to pause the clock while I continue complaining.
I'm going to use the standard wording from the newbie thread. Only question is should I add anything to the template about the PCN arriving late and so keeper liability not possible? The event was on the 1st and the PCN arrived on the 17th.

By all means appeal to prolong it, but a complaint about the pcn to Morrissons head office online usually gets results
What was the issue date from the pcn ?
Calculate the days between event date and issue date, because when it was received may be irrelevant2 -
" I have tried to complain directly to Morrisons but isn't going anywhere "to who? .... customer service desk? ..... go straight to the top .. CEO Morrisons have been good at cancelling these ....I am sure they have team / website / portal for this ... do a searchdo you have a store rewards card?2

No rewards card. Have been in a back and forth with the team from the car park portal on their website. I'll continue that and go to the CEO if still nothing satisfactory. Was more that it isn't going anywhere on time i.e., within the 14 day window.
Issue date says the 9th. Took more than a week to arrive!0 -
Then it was posted in good time, nothing to see there, so just use the template appeal as is
Keep on with the complaint too, including proof of patronage, MORE card data etc0 -
