Okay, now that I realise they have actively blocked me and clearly trying to keep the item and my money, I will do so. It was clothing that I bought for my daughter. It was not a bespoke item, it was in stock and shipped the same day. It arrived in plastic wrapping with a size sticker on it.

The item was £87 plus £6 postage. Total £93. I agreed to cover the postage both ways, I returned the item RM special delivery.

I don’t know if the link has changed as the link above shows no products. When my daughter goes onto their Instagram page, they are actively posting and this is the link

And looking around on their web site, their contact details is "404 Not Found".  There's no indication at all of who is behind the business.

The only way you will get the money back is through your bank.

Thankyou, I do have the persons name and address from their email communications but not sure if that’ll help at all?

Yes, that is the address I was asked to return the item to. I returned the item the same day I received it by special delivery. When I contacted her, she told me her policy was no refund but I quoted consumer contracts regulations and said I had a right to cancel, I was polite about it and she agreed to allow me to return but said she wouldn’t refund postage which was fair enough,

When I click on my shop app, there is a link to the purchase that brings up shopify and there is an option to select to report an issue with a specific order. Is it worthwhile trying that?

Seems like an 'influencer' buying cheap tat and selling it on for a huge profit. No buisness sense thus why she is no longer responding and blocked you.

Contact you bank for a chargeback. Poor quality, advised to return in which you have proof and no been blocked/no contact. Failing that will be a case of doing some digging and starting a small claims court action.
