Argh... anyone know if it's possible to cancel an order? I ordered one when it was £18 late last night... not happy



Edit: Just phoned Customer Services and a very nice man refunded the difference back onto my card as he agreed it was a bit unfair the price halving the same day I'd ordered (it was actually after midnight when I placed it). Result!

I ordered one yesterday at the higher price. I am quite a way from a store I could return it to. Has anyone had any experience of Tesco refunding the difference or failing that could I return it or do I need to pay postage?

just a quick one ordered 3 today for store collection to save on delivery and they are now 9.75 each........can collect tomorrow

The tesco finest are out of stock, but just ordered the 9.75 with the £5 sim card for collection tomorrow.

They just refunded the difference for me without any hassle. Though I actually ordered very early this morning so used that as leverage. Good luck!

I managed to get 3 also - going through Quidco too - collecting them on Monday after 4 - so we will see!

Have ordered 6 at £9.37 each through Quidco. Great price AND money back as well!!

Also the empty baskets will come in useful for Christmas baskets later this year.
