I too ordered 2 hampers last night at 12.30 just after midnight so my order states Friday 4th Jan so I just rang the customer service no. quoted above and guess what I got a refund! The lady I spoke to referred it to her supervisor and no problems at all. I would give it another go peeps as I have also just had an email saying that the refund will take 3-5 days. Happy Happy New Year

I ordered at 2mins to midnight last night and they won't even entertain me when I ask for a refund! So if anyone who did order yesterday has got a refund then i'll be very interested to hear about it as well!

Well my order went through aT 9-53 this morning - at £18, when it looks like other people were fetting them for £9 at the same time

I ordered 4 of the standard hampers for £18.75 at 20:22 last night.

Noticed this morning that the prices had changed. So, ordered 3 of the finest hampers at £14.06 at 09:41 this morning.

I was going to leave the order I made yesterday, but after reading on here that some folk had got refunds, I called the Tesco helpline number at 10:45 and the chap let me cancel my order from yesterday - no problems doing so and I got the refund message within a minute or two.

Then went back onto the Tesco Direct site and ordered 5 of the standard hampers at £9.37 at 10:51.

I currently scheduled to collect them at my local store after 4pm on Saturday 5th. All looks good at the moment.

I ordered the £18.75 Hamper at 6pmish yesterday then put the post on. This morning I noticed the change in price so ordered 2 at the reduced price and 2 of the luxury ones. I was going to keep the original Hamper but decided as it hadn't yet been dispatched that I would ring CS to try to cancel the order. They cancelled it no problem and I got the refund email within the hour. Sorry to all those who paid £18.75.
