20vt, to me, it appears 'wrong' from the funny angle the plank ends meet the door wall, and this wrong angle appears to agree with the 'wrong' way the plank length runs along the bath side.
So that leaves just one Q - do the planks align correctly with any wall?
For this, we need to see - or you ideally take measurements of - the RH wall. So, could you tell us what the yellow measurement is in this pic, and ditto at the other end behind the door, please?

    Looks good to me.
When you walk in look to where you're going, toilet or sink, ignore the floor.

Hi - In short, nothing seems to align quite correctly, I think it's skewed to the left as you look in the above picture. The right hand wall (yellow section you marked) runs to 25mm wider on the board than at the start behind the door, let me post a pic to help.

Surely completely conclusive, then? For some bizarre reason, it has been laid rotationally askew by about 0.8 of a degree.

    As above

The logical place to align with would be the longest straight wall.  It’s not actually lined up with any part of the room.

Thanks for looking - Yes it doesn't look quite right from all sides, I think the room is a little off perhaps, maybe the bath panel is a bit wonky, but skewing the floor back to the right (clockwise) would make it look better. I don't think it's that simple though, I think it'll need re-doing.

If it helps, it is the pipework for the towel rail which I'd sit looking at, asking myself 'Why did they do it like that?' :)

Maybe leave it for a few days, see how you feel then.

And whilst sitting there contemplating the plumbing, I'd wonder how and why the door stop was done that way. Does it have sealant round it? Why wasn't it removed and then screwed back down without sealant after the flooring was fitted?  :)

The bits in bold are immaterial in this case, if even true. And, yes, it would need completely redoing with fresh vinyl.
The flooring is 'out' - askew - by a roughly similar amount on each side, and in the same direction. Ie the whole sheet has been laid partially rotated anticlockwise. And this also makes the planks appear veered-off from the doorway towards the left-hand side.
Absolutely see if you can overlook/get used to it for a few days, but if you decide 'not', then that would - imo - be absolutely fair enough in this case.
If you are going to give it a chance for a week or so, then I'd still email the company right away, and include these photos. I'd do this so they realise you noticed it immediately, and it didn't just dawn on you a week later whilst sitting on t'pan picking fluff out of yer navel.
Make sure you show both sides, so the recipient doesn't think, for example, that the fitter may have used one 'preferred' side to set it all out by (which would be a matter of professional judgement), or that the sides are skewed in opposite directions (it ain't). Make it clear what you are observing, and that you believe that it was laid, for some reason, slightly anticlock. Add that you'll try and get used to it, but may not manage...
A really good local company would fall over backwards to correct this before even waiting for you to try and accept it - and that would save you a lot of bovver
