Wooden Board Effect Vinyl Flooring very slightly off straight

Options
Quick question to see if I'm being a bit OCD about something, I've had vinyl flooring fitted into a bathroom and the effect on it is wooden boards which run down from the entrance to the bathroom to the back. I can see that this is not completely straight in terms of the board pattern running parallel to the side walls and 90 degrees to the threshold, it's off a little to one side. The pattern itself is straight, it's just been fitted not quite true to the room.

Would it be out of order or a bit of a waste of time asking for them to fix this, my partner says it's ok as it is, but it's triggering my inner OCD! Just seeing if this would be an unreasonable request, because I think they might need to do the whole job again.

I think this is one of the times where a photo is worth a thousand words.

If it's off only on one side that would point to the room not being true rather than the vinyl. Would you rather it true to that one wall and off all the others?

I thought that might be it, as houses are never completely true. But it’s all sides, so it’s been fitted a bit off.

If 'all' the sides are out in the same way, then perhaps it was a poor install.
Is this a 'sheet' vinyl? If so, bear in mind that the 'fix' will be to replace it all. Or, a tweak could be done by trimming, and then adding a beading or similar along the sides to hide the resulting gap.
Can you determine how far 'out' it is in mm along its length?

Here’s a pic to explain, you can see from the door threshold it runs to the left.

Yes it's a sheet, I am thinking maybe not a great installation which is a shame. It's cut around bathroom items like the sink etc, so I think rotating and tweaking is going to be tricky. Along the side wall it seems to be 25mm out at one end to the other.

Surely it must be aligned on at least one wall?

It's probably aligned with the 'side' wall.  Rooms are rarely 100% true i.e. walls at exactly 90%.

It looks most aligned along the side of the bath, maybe the doorway might have been better to align it, as that is where you look the most. So adjusting things might throw it out elsewhere by the looks of it.
