Amazon late delivery - not actually coming, how can I get a refund?

I placed a prime order on the 18th to come on the 19th. Eventually I get told it's not coming, but I can't cancel or do anything else, as the seller gets until the 24th. The item was for my holiday, such is tomorrow, the 22nd, so I don't need it now. I need the money back and the order cancelled. The seller is ignoring all…
