Are car loans from a bank included in the reclaim scheme

As above, I've had cars on car finance, which I'll be checking, however I've also had 2 cars on car loans from sainsburys bank and tesco. Are these part of the relaim scheme or is purely cars bought on finance?

No they are not
The commission issue doesn't apply as banks don't pay a third party to push their finance, especially as these days you apply directly online with them normallySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair.
