Can anyone help me with this; I parked over by 15 minutes I have took the advice by friends and family to appeal it saying it weren't me as but they've sent this email back to me what should I respond with, do i need to respond at all.
The address they keep putting down as Bingley and its not Bingley its Binley - I understand that typo wont get me out of this.
And you cannot pull on the heart strings of the people who deal with these appeals and explain why you were there ij the first place and why you went over but is there anything I can do

Please start your own new bespoke thread and copy and paste the above into it, plus post redacted pictures of both sides of the pcn too, redacting personal information but leaving all dates and times showing
