    Yep it's a risk which is why I said:

    We don't know exactly what Dollar are claiming the charge is for and what dialogue there has been between Dollar and the OP.

    We also don't know what Wisecars have said (if anything).

    If you really cannot get hold of Wisecars you could put in a court claim for a refund and see what happens.
