Me too, I was really happy with all my online shopping this year, I have a problem with my Boots order tracking in Quidco but apart from that no worries.
If anything I was amazed how quckly some stuff turned up.0 -
Dixons for me. Ordered a £630 cooker that isn't fit for use. Numerous complaints from a dent, to an oven with faulty thermostat, knobs missing etc. They don't want to know. Wouldn't touch them again.January budget

I have "vented" elsewhere about this, but Waterstones.com were the biggest let down for me. And useless at customer service.
Everyone else was very good.
I have come to the conclusion that online orders either come very quickly, or not at all!0 -
The Bradford group for me http://www.bradfords.co.uk/ (the company that advertises in the papers and magazines)
I ordered a special gift for my grandparents and although delivery takes between 14-28 days mine took longer than the 28!!! and when it finally arrived it was a substitution  as the original order was limited edition! they have never replied to my emails and I had to to give the substitution as their gift (which in all fairness they love, but that isnt the point!!!) as it arrived so close to christmas I didnt have time to get anything else!
My original order was for a set of 3 thomas kinkade tree decorations, got a substitution of a set of 2when there was a different set of 3 that would have made a better substitution!
Needless to say I will never buy from them again!finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -
