OP have you left the UK since opening the account? That would explain the closure as you're no longer resident.

HSBC is one of the few places that offers ex pat accounts (providing you meet the criteria) but as you've got this issue, I expect they may decline to let you open an expat account, even if you do meet the criteria.

Where are you living now? Can you have your salary paid into an account with a local bank - you ought to switch this ASAP if you've not done this yet.
If you read the 2nd paragraph of the letter.
The reason is another bank has reported credits to OP account, as the reason.
    Expat acc is Jersey based.

The 6th paragraph of the letter suggests that the OP knows who sent through the payments that are currently under dispute, and that it's that person/organisation that has disputed them?

Obviously when you answer all of the other questions you're being asked then the situation may be clearer, but the letter you shared refers to Premier and Global Money accounts operated by HSBC UK, rather than their separate Expat offering, run by a separate (non-UK) entity, so it may help if you clarify exactly which accounts you have and specifically where you now live.
