HSBC UK has decided to close my account; however, it is still under review and the remaining balance

Regrettably, all of my funds were in my account, and I concur with HSBC's decision to close it. However, the review has not yet been completed, despite it being two months since it began. I am currently facing significant difficulties with my daily expenses and my bank loan. Recently, debt collectors have been visiting daily, threatening to seize my house if I am unable to make payments. I urgently need access to my own money in my account. How can this issue be resolved? I kindly request your assistance.
Thank you

Firstly, you might want to get this post amended (or even deleted) to remove your real name and email address from it.
Secondly, visiting debt collectors cannot "seize your house". Is this in relation to mortgage arrears or something else?3 -
Only you know what the investigation is in relation to. Until the matter is concluded your account balances will remain frozen.
Don't be surprised if othe UK bank accounts you hold are ultimately impacted.
PS. What you've posted contains personal information.4 -

Are you having problems getting them to release your salary or benefits income in order to fund your regular expenses, pending conclusion of the review and ultimate release of the rest?0

On June 2, 2025, the Inhibit team informed me that my account would be closed on June 10, 2025; however, they mentioned that I could request another review.

Why have the closed your account, because you are no longer resident in the UK? If you are not in the UK how are "debt collectors" telling you at you home they are going to seize it? Also note that as per PP comments the door knockers cannot do anything.
Why have you not changed the account your income is paid into to a different account rather than the one that is suspended and will be closed?1 -

I have lots of friends whol live and work abroad but their have their salary paid into a bank account for that country.
Which house are the debt collectors visiting if you live abroad?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
As this was started by another bank. Then these can take a long time as there is inter bank communication, which is never fast.
So it will take as long as it does. As nothing can be done till the issue with the credits is resolved.
At a guess they will not send fund to a foreign bank either. So a trip to the UK maybe required.
I'm living outside UK , so they not allowed me take salary or benefit
That is the same if you live in the UK.

OP have you left the UK since opening the account? That would explain the closure as you're no longer resident.
HSBC is one of the few places that offers ex pat accounts (providing you meet the criteria) but as you've got this issue, I expect they may decline to let you open an expat account, even if you do meet the criteria.
Where are you living now? Can you have your salary paid into an account with a local bank - you ought to switch this ASAP if you've not done this yet.
