Failed to file a defense and need to pay

I received three letters of claims in a matter of months - for context I parked regularly at a Euro Car Parks - many times over the course of a number of years and always paid via their app but a handful of times I or the internet must have failed to make the payment for two dates in 2022, two in 2023 and two in 2024 which they started proceedings vis DCB Legal for over the course of the last few months.
I messed up on one of these claims and failed to file a defense in time, I have filed a defense for the other two but understand I need to take the full hit on one of them now.
My question is, how should I go about paying DCB Legal for this claim - I called the court who recommended that I call DCB and ask that they mark the case as settled via the portal but I do not trust that they'll do this as calling is not traceable - should I ask them for their bank details via email and then pay and email this along with a screenshot to the court?
I am hopeful that they'll discontinue their other claims and am obviously a bit gutted to have done this but having had this happen am a bit worried that they'll see me as an easy target and go ahead with the hearing in the other two cases and it has shaken my confidence but am planning to stick with the process and hoping that they'll turn out ok.

Correct, get the bank details and pay in full, with the claim reference number added
Dcb Legal should then inform the CNBC
Stick with the process for the others1 -

NO CALLING.
Secondly, pretty please if you want to be part of the push to change things in future:It's very important that people like you tell the Government that:
a) you have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be the SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 *almost* promised. That will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THAT THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. DISPUTED CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND ENGINEERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN'.
c). Tell them about your experiences.

Do it this month or in August at the latest pleeease! We will discuss it on that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
