Have you already got a CCJ for that 9th June one?
If not (and you might be lucky as PEye are not that quick to seek judgments) use the template defence and get a defence in NOW.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have been scrolling through and reading other defences and the cases, but I honestly don't know what I can say that will be sufficient as a defence or even where to start.
I had parked in the space on multiple occasions to assist with my friends bad back / feed the dog and not received a charge prior. I believe these three occasions were related to helping her / dog duties.
The land was not hers, she had a permit to park there as a resident. (The town is owned largely by the same person, who owns commercial and residential buildings). We have asked them to cancel the charge, to which they have said no.
There is a 10 minute grace period in which if you leave prior to this, there is no charge.
I dont really have a defence other than choosing to ignore because they almost always (except in this case for me!) go away.

If anyone could point me to the right direction of cases or previous defences that are similar I would be grateful! I am wanting to get this one in today before I go back to night shifts. Once this one is in, I will address the other, however the circumstances are the same and would think my defence is also the same. Or do I admit defeat because I have no defence? I’m so stressed and overwhelmed by it all I wonder if that is just better.0
