Cheap Energy Club Tariff Comparison Not Working

Hi, I'm a newbie and this is my first post so apologies if I'm in the wrong forum area.
I'm a member of the Cheap Energy Club and I needed to undertake a comparison as a contract I have is due to expire. On the website I checked that all of my details were correct but adjusted my annual usage as it had dropped for both gas and electricity. I completed the process by pressing the "see results" button and got the message "Ooops! It looks like something went wrong while talking to our servers. Please check your connection and try again in a few moments." I've been trying every hour or so and continue to get the same message.Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks

Hi @Manorm - are you still experiencing the same thing today? I have sent this thread to our utilities team to see if they can shed any light, but in the meantime I wonder if perhaps the site was a bit busy because we'd sent out an email to Cheap Energy Club users logging on, so there was a spike in visitors logging in yesterday?  (Just a guess on my part.)

If things aren't working better for you, then dropping an email to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com will get you through to the relevant team here.

I'll bump this rather than start a new thread.
It cannot cope with negative savings, £1933 is £74 / 5% cheaper than £1859 according to the comparison  :o   I would have thought someone should have tested for something as basic as that !  And percentage savings are wrong, £1847 is £12 / 10% cheaper than 1859 !  Considering you are making referral fees from some of these suppliers it could be looked at as misleading.
