It's usually measured in months rather than weeks, but after eight weeks you can escalate to their nominated ADR provider, CEDR, if you wish, although that's unlikely to be quick either....
Was the delay due to something within their control?0 -
When I was delayed seven hours with BA, they agreed it five days later and paid out the following week.
Which flight on what date and we might be able to shed more light on it?0
