The Flights Guru Refund - UPDATE

Back in 2021 I posted about my difficulties getting a refund from The Flights Guru. I sent endless letters and made even more phone calls and got nowhere. Thanks to the advice from this forum I was able to finally take them to court in May 2025. I discovered that they hadn’t even paid any money to Norwegian Airlines, so their constant claims that they hadn’t received any monies back from the airline were false. After 5 years and perseverance I was successful and even got back interest. FG didn’t attend court and even after the judgement ironically called and emailed me repeatedly trying to get me to sign a non disclosure agreement before paying me what they owed me (I could never get someone to return my calls previously) I refused. The court process was long, but worth it! Companies like this are happy to take your money, but avoid you when a refund is due!

Have you actually been paid or just gotten the judgement? Hopefully it's not the start of another saga on judgement enforcement.Dshae said:Back in 2021 I posted about my difficulties getting a refund from The Flights Guru. I received my money as I told them I had sought legal advice and was told not to sign anything as a court judgement was legally binding and they had to honour it!1
