We are trying to sell a property but a busy road nearby is putting off FTBs. We think a BTL investor would be best. We have had two btl offers on it but not the price we want (10k difference). It's a 2 bed freehold semi detached in a good area with high rents Any idea how we market it to these investors?

What you want and what'll you'll get are likely to be two very different things. An investor isn't going to want to overpay.

Certainly not, they will want to maximise their income, but at 2.5k a month it makes you wonder why we keep hearing about landlords wanting to sell up?
