I have put this on the BW Legal portal.
Do you think this case will go to court as I originally offered to pay £20 to Countrywide parking for the Major keying error of the VR but they refused my appeal and passed this case to BW Legal

Only Countrywide Parking and B W Legal have the answer to that question,  so doesn't matter what we think, but it's a distinct possibility that they might issue a court claim against you,  but going to court requires numerous steps and payments to be completed,  so is not inevitable

    Hi all

Have got a second letter of claim from BW legal and have until 25th July 2025 to reply. The first letter I received in January 2023 and I replied with a SAR request which they supplied.

I paid for parking at a water park but made a major keying error and entered a different vehicle reg. I originally asked Countrywide Parking if they would accept £20 but they refused and passed this on to BW Legal with a balance of £140
Do I need to reply again to this letter?

Any advise on what I should do next would be appreciated,

    Thanks

    Did you keep the ticket?

The portal is requiring me to enter personal information which I do not wish to disclose

They already have your details. Use the Portal. I don't know why people don't want to use it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
