As said all you can really do in your situation is keep telling whoever is insisting on the breakdown that:The landlord will not provide a breakdown. It shouldn't matter, a breakdown isn't needed anyway as LHA applies.Ask them to consult their team leader / superior.Remember that nobody likes being told that they are doing their job wrong so be polite about it. And really they are not actually wrong just not experienced enough. They are asking you for what the computer is asking them for, so it's the computer programme that isn't as good as it should be.If it should happen that they refuse to pay a Housing Element because of the lack of a breakdown you ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration and a Decision Maker will correct it and it will be backpaid. (Hopefully it won't come to that, and if it does then hopefully your landlord will be patient?).0
