Careful when sending it back tho..........I started a claim with a seller regarding an "item not as described"....was advised by Paypal to return the item using recorded mail....this I did, but the seller refuses to accept the parcel.....therefore Paypal have closed the disputed claimsaying i sent it back untrakable, even tho when i enter the traking code it tells me the item is sat in a sorting office awaiting collection !!!!
I will be apealing the decision, and never using paypal again !!0 -
my brother has now also advised me that there was text on the phone when he received it wich confirms my susspicion that the phone was not new
trouble is he did not think this was a problem at the time as the phone was working and i have not yet notified paypal regarding this as i already escalated the claim before he told me 0
