South East Water

Trying to log into my South East Water account to download and pay my latest bill and it fails. Correct email and password, comes up with 'something went wrong'. This has worked fine before. If I click the 'forgotten password' button it claims to have sent me an email but nothing arrives. There are two other options, via Facebook which fails, reporting the app has been disabled, and Google. But  my gmail email address is different to my normal one so  takes me to the 'register new account' page and at one point I found myself at SES water instead of Southeastern! I suspect they  have some website issues. Anybody succeed in logging in today?

Update. Tried again and the Pay by Google option worked. Managed to download bill and pay it online. But the usual login via email and password is still failing.
