Risk in contacting due to change of address?

Hi,
I have 2 PCNs from 2022 - one for overstaying by 15 minutes (CP plus) and the second for failing to display my work permit clearly (Car Parking Partnership). I didn’t appeal at the time which I am aware is my own error.
I moved around 2 years ago and updated the DVLA and my log book.
I have received a few sporadic debt collector letters since from DCB ltd.
I have read in the newbies thread about updating them with any change of address so as not to have two addresses on file.
I don’t particularly want any contact with the parking firm or debt collectors as I am worried this will give them ammunition to continuing pursuing me/admitting that I am receiving these letters but not responding. I’ve also seen posts where people receive letter of claims/LBC following informing companies of change of address.
I want to protect myself and I am happy to contact them if really necessary but I don’t want to say something to shoot myself in the foot. I can’t seem to find any templates on this therefore would appreciate any advice.
Many Thanks

Do it.
If you leave two possible addresses to choose from. you'll get s CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
