Charter Savings Bank ISA Transfer

Hello Forumites!
Towards the end of April 2025 I opened a new Fixed rate Cash ISA with Charter Savings Bank - having seen their rate on here. They advised me that for them to be able to transfer my existing ISA (from Plum), I would have to complete a form, print it, sign it and send it through the post. Bit of a pallaver if you ask me!! Since then, I received a letter to advise this was being processed. I phoned a while later and was told all sorts of different things - all from the same "customer advisor". E.g. the transfer was started on blah date, but the date of the letter to say it had been started was dated 3 days earlier than the date given by the advisor. There was a 30 day funding window and I asked what would happen if (due to me being ill and unable to leave the house to post the form straight away) if the ISA transfer would still go ahead even if it was slightly outwith the funding window. I was assured that would not be a problem and I would receive a letter once this had been processed.
This is now more than 2 months after that call and I've still not received any letter and the funds are still sitting in my Plum (miniscule interest rate (after initial year)) account.
Does anyone know how I can find out if they even started the transfer request? I'm doubting if they did by now.
Sorry for rambling quite so much 😊
TIA
Gail
