Address for the DWP Complaints Department

Can anyone please help providing an address to send a letter of complaint to the DWP Complaints Department? I have sent three letters to the Future Pensions address but I have had no response, nothing. I then sent a letter of complaint about this lack of response to the DWP Caxton House address. No response from there either, although I read somewhere that this office has been closed.
Thank you...
Thank you...

Seems to be an ongoing problem getting in touch, likely due to overwork and understaffing.
So when did you write as it can sometimes take a couple of months to get a reply, if you get one at all. Presumably you wrote to : Freepost DWP Pensions Service 3.
Have you tried ringing them? Best to do so at 8 am when they first open but even then there may be long queues.
Have you already got your forecast online?
Sorry can't see anywhere to write a complaint. And even if there was one my experience is that any complaints get dismissed so do no good.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Hi Brie, thank you. I will try that address I have not used that one before. I sent the first letter in March, then April and May to Future Pensions. Then the complaint letter to DWP early June. My letter was asking how accurate the Pension Forecasts are. Like many people I was contracted out at some point and this is mentioned in my forecast, but the forecast states I will receive the full state pension. So I was asking for confirmation as to how accurate the forecast is as I don't want any surprises in 10 months time. I have called Future Pensions and they said the Forecasts are accurate but I wanted a written reply confirming this.0

I would say they are very accurate. But that doesn't prevent you from being in the very small proportion where they might not be.
Getting a letter from DWP now isn't going to change that possibility.
But given we are now nearly 10 years past the end of contracting out lots of people reaching SPa from now on will have had enough time to add sufficient qualifying years to reach the standard new State Pension amount of £230.25/week.1 -
I too was contracted out but get the full pension, £921 every 4 weeks.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. What does your account say and does the information seem accurate. They are dealing with people near retirement age first, which seems logical as once you are in receipt any change can cause tax problems & obviously personal financial shortfall problems.2

I have 43 full years, and these records look correct. I had to take early retirement in 2019 due to ill health so I am living on my private pension at the moment. I retire at 66 next June. I'm just looking for some assurance that my SP will be accurate as per the forecast - stated to be the full amount.0

Why do you think that's wrong? You'll get the full state pension and have the benefit of pension built up from contracting out.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1
