That's how to get a court claim behind your back so you cannot leave things like this. Even in Scotland you MUST tell them to erase your old address.

Update: no response from their data protection about erasing my old address, but the PCNs have started coming through to my new address.

Don't pay, but don't ignore, etc. will be filing these letters away.

It's been a few months now, and I have still heard nothing from their Data Protection team except for the initial automated response. This is obviously in breach of my right to rectification within 30 days.

What's the best way to continue chasing this down? Should I even bother?
