ISA transfer-in highest interest rate?

I saw the MSE guide yo the tip interest rate cash ISA's but i was wondering who pays the highest transfer -in interest rate?

Normally there is no special transfer in rate, you get whatever the provider is offering to all customers.
That is assuming they accept transfers in, most do.

Before going for plum, suggest you read through the for threads about Plum.

Plum are the only ones I am aware of who have special i.e. lower rates for transfers-in. One of several reasons for why I have avoided them.

Most providers don't have lower rate for transfers in. I think it's just Plum and Trading 212. Tembo at 4.64% covers transfers in and new money, and it's the same rate for everyone, no annoying "newbie bonus".
