We often hear about poor education of the younger generation (ML really goes at it)
But this drops at the other end. There needs to be some education to parents as they age & technology changes.
This is a good example of don't take phone back to the store in question (unless under contract). Find a local mobile repair shop, which would be cheaper.
We all keep learning through life, sometimes you just need a bit of education from the younger generation 👍Life in the slow lane1
