    You could ask CAB about an affordability claim, but if you are computer- and English-literate enough to post here, you can probably do it yourself. 

    Someone here reported a good win against a Zopa loan recently, but its impossible to search for it.

    Companies get time to make an initial decision before you can contact the Financial Ombudsman. There's a specific page on irresponsible lending on the StepChange website.
     
    I've not seen statistics but based just on my recollection I'd say half or more of the successful claims people have reported have been on appeal to the FOS. 
    Iv been having a look on line, there has been a fair few against lendable.. I’m assuming it writes the interest and charges off or the full loan?

    It removes the interest, so if you borrowed 10k (ignoring interest) and have so far paid 3k, the balance is changed to 7k and no more interest or changes can be added.

    I’m not the best with computers or English isn’t my strongest subject lol!! Zopa was the other smaller loan I have.. so seems I could have options.. next Monday can’t come quick enough I feel on edge iv never missed a payment in my life .. so this is just got my head in a pickle
