You could ask CAB about an affordability claim, but if you are computer- and English-literate enough to post here, you can probably do it yourself.
Someone here reported a good win against a Zopa loan recently, but its impossible to search for it.

Companies get time to make an initial decision before you can contact the Financial Ombudsman. There's a specific page on irresponsible lending on the StepChange website.
I've not seen statistics but based just on my recollection I'd say half or more of the successful claims people have reported have been on appeal to the FOS.0 -
It removes the interest, so if you borrowed 10k (ignoring interest) and have so far paid 3k, the balance is changed to 7k and no more interest or changes can be added.0
