They have a deadline today to prove that they are financially stable. If they manage that then all good, may even soon open to new customers.
If not - then we'll likely find out next week about their future.

As mentioned earlier, if your billing is up to date - stay, if not consider switch although it may be now little late - if for example ofgem decides against them on Monday.

I have just rung Tomato Energy CS as my fixed tariff is in its last month, they have assured me that my tariff will roll over until Ofgem decision .
