State pension/PIP Pension credit refuseded

My friend is in receipt of state pension weekly amount £230.25 a week. Lives alone in a council flat she is also in receipt of PIP highest for care and mobility.
She applied for pension credit online has received a letter in the post notifying that she is not entitled to PC. On the page statement of details provided it mentions nothing about her being in receipt of PIP.
Also my friend has done the pension credit calculator and it says entitlement of £79.75 a week. She has screen shots of the PC application she did online she has gone through it and there was no question asked about being in receipt of PIP disability benefit.
Can someone advice best way to deal with this please?
Thanks

The £230.35 is the current "full" state pension amount, which as far as I know means they would not be eligible for Pension Credit.0

First thing I suggest is she rings Pension Credit, gives them the PIP information and asks for the application to be looked at again.
Or, a written Mandatory Reconsideration can be submitted, along with evidence of the PIP award.

Does anyone (maybe a family member) receive Carers Allowance or the carers element of UC for caring for her? If so, this would affect her entitlement to Pension Credit.door123 said:My friend is in receipt of state pension weekly amount £230.25 a week. If she lives alone and nobody claims any benefit for caring for her, she would ve entitled to the Severe Disability Addition in the calculation, which is presumably why the benefits calculator returned the result it did.TadleyBaggie said:The £230.35 is the current "full" state pension amount, which as far as I know means they would not be eligible for Pension Credit.1 -
Yes she does live alone and no body claims any benefit for caring for her. Its strange because in the PC application there is no question we're it asks if you are in receipt of PIPSpoonie_Turtle said:

No body receives carers allowance or UC carers for her. I think DWP have overlooked it I hope they sort this out over the phone. And not ask to to manadotry reconsideration as someone else said on here.NedS said:
