In some areas there are already issues, i think they might welcome a 4 day a week delivery, it would be an improvement.
Birthday card sent (1st class) from London to Lancashire in April took 9 working days, postman told the recipient there was just no way they could deliver stuff any quicker. A birthday card (2nd class) sent Saturday 5th from London to Kent is still to arrive.
Here in London both my OH and I have never received hospital letters supposedly sent 25 and 12 days ago respectively , one was cancelling and rebooking an appt - and due to not getting the letter we still attended to appt to find it was cancelled.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
